the hotel offered a vegetarian breakfast buffet, which i found good, there were a lot of eco-friendly solutions throughout the hotel. the parking on site featured car chargers, convenient for me. the staff were helpful and nice.
during my stay, the housekeeping did not make up the room for 5 days. the detail cleaning could have been better

mixed experience due to some maintenance issues
slow shower drain
i encountered several maintenance issues the shower drain was slow and the toilet flush malfunctioned it took time to resolve the shower issue the lack of attentiveness from the staff impacted my overall experience i found them less inviting than in other hotels

i found the location very peaceful, set back from the busy city center. it is right next to the beautiful vondelpark. i appreciated the staff's friendly and available service at all hours.
my room was quite warm. there was no air conditioning and a lot of mosquitoes, with no screens on the windows

I found the staff helpful and friendly . The lobby had a ping-pong table. The hotel's modern interior and furniture.
I noticed the drapes were a bit dirty and discolored. That was a minor drawback.
